Can I return an opened set?
No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seal hasn't been tampered with. If we find the seal has been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or your opened item back. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team email@example.com.
How do I return my order and is it easy to do so?
Our return process is quick and easy – once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. The Luxy Hair Support team is also here to help every step of the way. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you ever have any questions.
How soon will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Kindly note, most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
What is the return period?
We will provide a refund back to your original method of payment on unopened hair extensions within 60 days of purchase.
How do I exchange my order for a different collection, weight or color?
To initiate an exchange, please email our Support team at email@example.com with your order number and the set you'd like to exchange to, and we'll be happy to walk you through our exchange process.
Why are Luxy Hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

How do I know if the shade is a good match without opening the box?
We understand that it can be hard determining your ideal Luxy color match from your computer screen, which is why we offer a tester weft located in the bottom compartment of each Luxy box. This compartment should be opened first to determine whether or not the shade is the right match for you. If it's not an ideal match, we are more than happy to accommodate a return.
